CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
All of our jewelry pieces are custom-made to order specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been customized or personalized.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at altariastore@yahoo.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
